everyone has different ideals, goals and aspirations.
we all have our reasons for wanting what we want, liking what we like etc etc.
therefore we shouldn't subject others to judgement based on our own laws and interests
though doing so quite hard for most i think
i feel what's most important is that people are happy (not at the expense of others or in a self-deluded way of course) and it doesn't matter whether happy equates to high-flying executive or stay-at-home parent as long one is happy doing so. because no matter what we do, people who are not exactly on similar wavelengths will not be able to comprehend why.
i confess, i've been guilty of it as well. not being to see the reasons behind some other people's actions and passing judgement on my terms, but i've learnt that what's most important is that the people are happy and being happy for them for the fact that they're happy cause honestly, it's not the easiest thing to be ^-^
