in the wake of the tragedy many refer to as promos i feel the need to post this..hehe mebbe i can become an lifestyle guru like martha stewart (hmmm..wondering whether her name is copyrighted or anything..) haha so anyway this are my
3 simple steps to happiness in the aftermath of exams..(actually my exams r not quite over yet but oh well..hehe..)
1) Think this. There's always someone suffering 10, 20 times more than u out there. Sure, it may be kinda end of the world for most Singaporeans kids to face the idea of failure, but kids in some countries don't even get the chance to go to sch let alone fail in it.
2) Find an outlet (violence not included). Channel negativity towards something constructive. So you're probably gonna fail but hey, if getting angry can upset over it helps, by all means. Just bring it into another medium that doesn't involve hurting other living beings. Who knows? Your angst ridden song about the hatred for the rat race could solve all your academic problems after all...
3) Pray. This applies to all religions. Don't pray for results to turn miraculously good. After all, what's done can't be undone. Just pray to be at peace. And if ur a free thinker or even an atheist find peace with yourself. Don't reproach yourself, don't blame any1. What's past is past.
Haha k nw i have to get back to studying..
