enjoyed myself on Vesak day
sure i had to wake up at 630 on a public hol
but it's stuff like that that reminds me of what's really important in life
puts everything into perspective
anyway after the 'Great Joy Party' organised by my temple, i headed on down to suntec to meet up with fang,grace,pei and our birthday girl gina! wa haven't seen them in ages..hehe it was fun talking 2 them..playing photo hunt..taking photos in marina sq with the lights..MUST go out again kaes..then aft that went over to janan's place to eat,play n watch movies..haha i must say,despite having watched scary movie 2 once at char's place i still laughed at all the jokes..hehe n i must say i love my frens..thx for rmbering my veg diet for the day! i was also quite happy that Life! ran an article abt the changing face of Buddhism ^-^
oh n sprayed '60' on helmets ytd morn..wa it was raining v heavily n we wanted to order in macs 4 lunch but somehow the store that delivers to ACJC had a high vol of orders so they cldnt take ours..bleh..oh well hehe..in the end we went to BK at holland..mum then called n told me to hurry on home cuz we were gonna have our mother's day dinner with the extended family..caught up with cher n von (my cousins) during the dinner..then we had this whole photo taking thingy where every1 was juz taking pics with every1..hehe took quite a few with granny ^-^
haha read jo's blog abt us going nuts on thur aft HCI..haha crazy woman tried to lock me in..but she forgot to take the key (which was inside)..so she tried to keep me locked in by holding on to the lock haha..we were all slightly screwy la arh..hehe..indeed gurl..we should have more of those days ^-^
and now back to work...
