the sun, the stars, the moon, the universe
though in it, all seems so very distant
things couldn't be more brilliant or diverse
but present does not equal existent
struggle to break though, carve out a new world
disregard everything the eye can see
the ardous journey makes one barf and hurl
magnificence comes with a hefty fee
smile and be happy, shine light all around
contentment is the way to happiness
reach for the sky with your feet on the ground
whatever the pain or the wretchedness
life's just like that, there's no way around it
but optimism keeps emotions fit ^-^
haha..ok that was my lame attempt at writing a sonnet..hehe..ya thought i'd write one for fun since we've been writing them for lit lessons anyway..
sigh..Os results coming out soon (i.e. next mon 28th feb 05 which is to just about 2 1/2 days away)..don't know how i will fare..it's freaky you know..but on the other hand..i get to see people i haven't seen in ages!
then again i don't know about my immediate future though..thought i had it planned out but i guess maybe not..sometimes i feel i've made up my mind then something comes along to tell me "Hey Girl! You Better Think Twice!" (e.g. my sucky hist results)
oh well..shall worry about that after i get my results...
